The rooms were very spacious. the design was both clean and beautiful! it was great that the location was so close to the mrt. the value for the money was amazing, especially since it's such a central location. i found usb ports as well as electric sockets. This made charging my devices very easy.

I noticed a very small leak in the bathroom , it was a minor issue. I just had to use an extra towel to keep the floor dry.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed all my questions. i learned housekeeping services occur every three days, with a water dispenser available on the sixth floor! this.

my room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern design. i found it very quiet, even though it faced the main street, this was a huge plus. the bathroom had full toiletries available and featured a fantastic shower.

the communal kitchen provided all necessary cooking amenities, this made preparing meals very convenient! i also liked the common space available ! it allowed interaction and comfortable relaxation, it had a lot of useful things.

the hotel's location was very convenient with easy access to shops and dining options? it was also close to farrer park mrt station making travel simple. across the street, i found city square mall and a fair price supermarket for grocery needs.

some disappointments at this place

the location near farrer park station WAS convenient.

The room wasn't very clean on arrival. the floor seemed especially bad, and my feet were DIRTY after walking around barefoot. also, the noise from the hallway at night kept me awake. It seemed like there was no soundproofing AT all.

The room was large. it had a nice view of the street! rooms were very clean including the washrooms, i really liked that. there were sufficient toiletries. I could always ask for more at the front counter. lounge room available on floors 4 and 6 let me cook and prepare drinks myself.

the bed was hard. the walls aren't soundproof at all, i could hear everything outside! or in the corridor.
